Refund policy
Overall Givopoly wants both customers and gift recipients to be satisfied. Given the varied nature of our gifts, and the varied return policies of our Partners, refund/exchange options may vary by gift. Gifts are all guaranteed for quality, so please contact us at info@givopoly.com if your gift was received in a 'broken' state, or you are displeased with its condition.
Food, cosmetics and certain jewelry gifts are non-refundable for health reasons.
Unopened and unused gifts that do not present health concerns are generally available for exchange for another product with the same Partner within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy
We mostly work with perishable products. Any waste reflects on our business operation, therefore, we reserve the right to charge a $10 cancellation fee for any orders cancelled, for any reason, over 48 hours prior to the requested date of delivery or pick-up. For orders cancelled within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the product. We do not accept same-day cancellations.
